How To Make Complaint

Who to contact if you have an enquiry, concern or complaint about your Home Care service

We expect our Home Care Manager, Alan Chau to respond to your concerns and to investigate your complaints. If you are dissatisfied with the response you have received you may wish to complain to the Centre Manager.
