The main aim of the project is to provide an access point for people aged 16 and above seeking advice, guidance, training and employment opportunities. Through this service, the project endeavors to increase opportunities and extend choices by promoting education and learning to disadvantaged people such as those without qualifications, early school leavers and unemployed people.

The project has a computer room equipped with 7 computers capable of having simultaneous Internet connection. Users could explore online training opportunities and seek job opportunities.

我們的職業輔導會是由塔橋區(Tower Hamlets)﹑Isle of Dogs (E14)及 Wapping (E1) 政府部門資助, 於1992年成立﹐服務費用全免。

目的是為塔橋區的待業居民提供就業的援助。這包括職業輔導﹑轉介﹑提供尋找工作技巧的訓練包括準備個人履歷﹑附函﹑填寫申請表﹑面試技巧等。為助待業人士自我增值﹐我們提供基本英語培訓和基本電腦使用/上網知識培訓﹐也按需要安排待業人士外出受訓﹐增加有關工作的知識，以求找到理想的工作。
